Returns and Refunds Policy for Physical Products

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Our products can be returned within 5 days of the original purchase of the product.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The product was purchased in the last 5 days
The product is in its original packaging
The product isn’t used or damaged
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Refunds Policy for Services (Tones, Quantum Acceleration Services etc.)

Setup fees are not refundable as we have expended the effort to add you to the service or delivered the initial service to you.  See Commitment.


Except when required by law, paid Subscription fees are non-refundable. Refunds for unused days of a subscription that is canceled are NOT REFUNDABLE.

You are in complete control. You can cancel , modify or upgrade any time you choose. Prorated pricing will be calculated at the the time of adjustment.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.
You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from My Conscious Wellness.

Damaged items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

Sale items and Water Products

Unfortunately, sale and water items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.
