Being authentically heard is like a superpower, it can help you feel more secure in yourself and in your power, throughout the experience, you will be noticing shifts and see the value of your own voice and thoughts. We will use powerful tools and the energy of the group experience to help assist each of us to clear the air, shift our energy and bring us into another layer of alignment and embodiment within ourselves.
This experience can all be done remotely while dedicating 30 minutes a day to yourself that fits within your own schedule.
