Coming together with the shared intention to simply love all aspects of self, and one another as we are. 

Choose Self Sunday is a monthly gathering held the second Sunday of each month for an hour at 9-10 am Pacific / 12-1pm Eastern – a space to pause, reconnect, and be with yourself.

Each call we focus on a different theme in navigating through the journey of staying true to oneself, and connected to love. We journey both individually through personal self reflection and inquires, and connecting with one another through group exploration, we create space to reconnect to the love within. Together, we explore the power of vulnerability, the beauty of self-love, and the profound realization that we are not alone.

The energetics of this space are created not only through our presence, but also through the Infinity Series scalar energy technology — the Unification Orb and Integrator. These tools play an integral role in supporting the movement of energy, allowing us to align more easily with love. Throughout the experience, healing frequencies are played at various times to further support remembrance and connection to the vibration of love.

We welcome each of you to authentically show up, breathe, relax, and simply let everything be. This is place where it is safe to love ourselves fully by letting go of judgement and control, noticing and allowing what is there, listening deeply, and courageously expressing what is moving through us. This becomes the practice in anchoring in more love within.

This is an open drop-in space where you choose your level of commitment — join once or as often as you feel called. No expectations, just an invitation to choose yourself, in whatever way feels right for you.

There is a richness that comes alive for each of us as we commit to ourselves and witness other beings doing the same for themselves – an opening where we feel free to be ourselves more easily, feel the love that arises for myself and others as the giving and receiving just naturally happens.
